Who is Dr. Zohar?

Zohar Vaisman M.P.A., Psy.D. received his doctorate degree in Psychology in 2012. Prior to receiving his doctoral degree, Dr. Vaisman completed a Master of Arts Degree in Public Administration and has had over a decade of extensive training and experience working with children, adolescents and adults in various different settings. He has worked in schools, community mental health facilities, Inpatient and Outpatient Addiction facilities, Residential Group homes and in Nursing homes caring for the geriatric population. In the past several years, Dr. Vaisman has worked with people suffering from all types of addiction including alcohol/drug use, sex/love addiction, gambling and video game/Internet addiction. His distinctively tailor-made approach to Therapy has always been sought after as being incredibly peculiar and unique, yet unlimited in his purpose-built intent. Albeit extraordinarily unconventional, his quest for unveiling truths within each individual he treats often results in penetrating breakthroughs, and keen insight.

  Today, he is the author of; “The Information Stupid Highway” and “The Trauma Trap”, both greeted with great controversy and debate. Many of the topics raised were quite difficult for those not wanting to hear the truth surrounding social media and its devastating impact on society. His next book; “Stars, Stripes, and Straightjackets”, attempts to tackle the Dysphoric and Delusional nature of America, quickly on the decline, as it becomes the land of lunatics void of any humanity, sanity, and/or common sense.
